Did you know that in Peru, more than 50% of the children who are victims of violence are sent by the Ministry of Women to children's shelters that practically function without any local or federal government support?
How you can help
Dedicated caretakers and support staff are the heart of our partner shelters, providing day-to-day nurturing and care. With your help, we can raise $5,390 by May 31st to provide these girls a safe space.

With your help, we hired a caretaker who has been supporting and nurturing more than 20 girls this year at the Caritas Felices Children's Shelter in Lima, Peru, and will continue to do so through the end of May 2024.

Our goal is to extend her contract for another year through the end of May 2025, and hire a part time support staff member that can cook and clean so the girls in this shelter can get the care and attention that they deserve.
